Phone lines
Verified phones
Verify your cells for click-to-call: dial Rex from a verified number, then press 1 private · 2 record + AI notes · 3 record only · 9 choose caller ID.
Twilio will call the number and speak a code — enter it on the keypad. Then mark verified here (or re-import). Driver onboarding instead texts "Reply YES to set up…" — a YES activates the number and sends a saveable contact card, no robocall needed.
Destinations
Live AI
Connectors are not Destinations. Destinations push a voicemail summary out after a call ends. Connectors let the live AI agent call tools in a connected app (list cases, create a case, etc.) during the call.
Each caller can have their own PIN (set per-person below in Verified Numbers). Turning this off requires every caller to have a personal PIN before they can pass the challenge — a caller with none is refused rather than falling back to the shared PIN.
Connectors
An MCP-speaking app (Scrap-Sync, FocusOps, ...) the live AI agent can call tools on. Each needs its own auth — ask the app's admin for a token and which header it expects.
Feed sources
An iCal/CalDAV/RSS source the live AI agent can read (never write) during a call — synced on a schedule, not fetched live per-call.
CardDAV sources
A shared CardDAV address book merged into the caller registry — synced on a schedule. Removing a source removes only the contacts it synced, never organically-captured ones.
Agent
Which LLM drives the live call.
Messaging channels
Text-first access to the same live AI agent — SMS and WhatsApp reuse the Twilio credentials above; Telegram is the zero-marginal-cost option ($0/message, your own bot). Paste the webhook URL shown under each channel into the matching provider console.
A PIN typed into an SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram thread persists in both parties' native messaging app (often synced to iCloud/Google backups) — materially weaker than a spoken PIN, which leaves no artifact. The default for a destructive/financial action is a one-time signed confirm link instead; this only turns on the raw-PIN fallback for orgs that explicitly want it.
Block & VIP lists
API keys
Scoped, revocable keys for the public REST API. Use these to let
scrap-sync, ServiceSnapp, or other apps pull data from Rex.
